Betwinner's withdrawal options mirror the deposit options in most cases, with some exceptions — voucher deposits (AstroPay, Jeton Cash) cannot be withdrawn to directly, and not every deposit method is enabled for payout in every country. The list shown in your account's withdrawal page is the source of truth for what you can use.
Betwinner is operated by PREVAILER B.V. (Curaçao licence OGL/2024/341/0759, granted 28 March 2025 under P.B. 2024 no. 157). Payment agent HARBESINA LTD (Cyprus, HE 405135). Not authorised by any Malaysian authority.

Minimum & maximum withdrawal
Per-method withdrawal minimums are set by each payment method and shown in the cashier at withdrawal time — they are not a single fixed figure published by Betwinner. Crypto and e-wallet methods typically carry low per-method minimums; bank transfer minimums vary by intermediary. Maximum per transaction is also set by the method, not by Betwinner — crypto payouts have effectively no platform cap (the chain imposes the limit), while e-wallet and bank payouts cap out at amounts set by the payment provider.
For very large wins, Betwinner may split the payout across multiple transactions over multiple days at its discretion. This is industry-standard for offshore books and not unique to Betwinner.
KYC before withdrawal
Betwinner enforces KYC. The first withdrawal typically triggers document verification, although the brand may request it earlier (at registration, on a large deposit, or on a flagged account). The standard KYC pack is:
- Government-issued photo ID — passport, national ID card, or driving licence. Malaysian players typically use MyKad or passport.
- Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or official letter in your name, dated within the last 3 months.
- Payment-method verification — front/back of the card used (middle digits masked), or a screenshot of your e-wallet/crypto wallet showing your name and the deposit transaction.
- Liveness / selfie check — a selfie holding the ID, sometimes a short video to confirm you are the document holder.
KYC review usually completes within 24–72 hours. Once cleared, subsequent withdrawals on the same methods are typically faster. Documents are processed by HARBESINA LTD (Cyprus) on behalf of PREVAILER B.V.
Why withdrawals get delayed
- Pending KYC — the most common cause. Documents requested but not uploaded, or uploads that are unclear, will pause the queue.
- Bonus rollover not cleared — bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not withdrawable until the rollover is met. Forfeit the bonus first if you need to release the real balance.
- Method mismatch — Betwinner generally requires withdrawals back to the original deposit method (anti-money-laundering rule). Withdrawing to a different method requires explanation and may slow things down.
- Network congestion (crypto) — USDT ERC20 payouts can sit in mempool during high gas periods; TRC20 / BEP20 are usually fine.
- Bank-side holds — incoming international transfers to Malaysian bank accounts may be reviewed by the receiving bank, especially for larger amounts. Bank Negara's AML rules apply.
- MCMC / bank-level filtering — Malaysian ISP and bank-level filtering has, at various times, slowed or blocked transactions to and from offshore betting operators. This is not under Betwinner's control.
Tips for smooth payouts
- Complete KYC before you deposit, not at withdrawal time. It clears the path for the first payout and removes the most common delay.
- Use the same method in and out. Deposit via USDT, withdraw via USDT — the method-mismatch friction disappears.
- Forfeit bonuses you cannot clear. If wagering is unrealistic, forfeit the bonus in your account settings to release the real balance. You lose the bonus funds but unlock the rest.
- Keep payment-method records. Screenshot your deposit transaction hash, your Binance P2P trade, or your card statement — KYC will ask for proof of payment-method ownership.
- Withdraw in the same currency you played in. Avoid intra-withdrawal conversions; they add cost and time.
- Don't wait until a big win to set up withdrawal paths. Make a small test withdrawal first to confirm the rail works end-to-end.
Malaysian legal context (MCMC, BNM, Betting Act 1953)
Betwinner is not authorised by any Malaysian authority. The Betting Act 1953 (Act 495), the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 (Act 289) and the Pool Betting Act 1967 (Act 371) collectively make operating or participating in unlicensed betting a Malaysian offence. A 2023 Court of Appeal ruling confirmed that online gambling falls under existing Malaysian law. Bank Negara Malaysia enforces anti-money-laundering rules that affect incoming international transfers, and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) coordinates blocking of offshore gambling domains.
In practice this means: (a) payouts to a Malaysian bank account from an offshore book can be queried or held by the receiving bank; (b) the offshore book itself can be intermittently unreachable from a Malaysian IP; and (c) for Muslims, Syariah-law exposure applies on top of the civil-law exposure. None of that prevents withdrawals that have already been approved by Betwinner from being processed — but it can slow the leg from your Malaysian bank account to your hands.
This is why the USDT-via-Binance-P2P path is the realistic one: it removes the bank-rail question entirely and lands funds in MYR via P2P counterparty settlement, not via an international wire into your bank. It also shifts the regulatory risk to the Binance leg, which has its own Malaysian complications (Bank Negara has previously listed Binance on its Consumer Alert List).
