How to log in

Open the Betwinner site or app and enter the ID/email/phone and password you set at registration. If you used One Click sign-up, your login ID and password were generated for you — store them somewhere safe the first time you see them.

Malaysian ISPs occasionally block the main gambling domain at DNS level. If the page does not load, use the /play mirror — same operator (PREVAILER B.V.), same Curaçao licence (OGL/2024/341/0759), different hostname.

Forgot password — how to reset

On the login form, click "Forgot password?" (usually under the password field).
Enter the email or phone registered to your account.
Choose the email reset link or the SMS code.
Set a new strong password (12+ characters, mix of letters, digits and symbols). Do not reuse one from elsewhere.

If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam and confirm the email matches your registration. One Click accounts with no email attached must be recovered through support — set an email immediately after sign-up to avoid this.

Account security & 2FA

Two-factor authentication lives in Account Settings → Security. Turn it on before you fund the account. Use an authenticator app (Google, Microsoft, Authy) over SMS — Malaysian numbers are exposed to SIM-swap fraud, and an app removes that vector. Save the backup codes offline; they are your only way back in if you lose your 2FA device.

Logging in on the app

The Android APK and iOS app use the same credentials as the website. The app offers a "stay logged in" toggle — only enable it on a personal device with a screen lock, never on a shared phone. See the app page for download steps and why to avoid modded APKs.

Safe login habits

Use a unique password for Betwinner — never the same as your email or bank.
Bookmark the correct domain. Phishing clones impersonate Betwinner on look-alike URLs.
Avoid public Wi-Fi for login; if you must, use a reputable VPN — note that some VPNs trip fraud checks.
Log out from Account Settings → Sessions on any device you no longer use.
A "support agent" on WhatsApp or Telegram asking for your password or 2FA code is a scammer. Real support never asks for either.

I forgot my Betwinner password — what now?

Use "Forgot password?" on the login form and follow the email or SMS reset link. If your account has no email attached (some One Click sign-ups), recover it through support.

Why can't I log in?

Common causes: typo in ID/email, wrong saved password, an old account's saved password, a domain blocked by your ISP (try the /play mirror), or a temporary hold during re-verification. Each has a different fix — see above.

How do I enable 2FA?

In Account Settings → Security. Pick an authenticator app over SMS, scan the QR, and save the backup codes offline.

Can I stay logged in on the app?

Yes — the app has a "stay logged in" toggle. Enable only on a personal device with a screen lock; never on a shared phone.

Is Betwinner the same as bet365?

No. Completely separate companies. bet365 is UK-licensed; Betwinner is operated by PREVAILER B.V. under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/341/0759. If you typed "betwinner 365" or similar, make sure you are on the right site before entering credentials.

How do I log out everywhere?

In Account Settings → Sessions you can review active sessions and end any you do not recognise. Change your password immediately if you see one that is not yours.
